The Pinfold

“Stayed here in the Saturday night of the early May bank holiday weekend. We stayed in the Airedale suite while our friends, who have stayed here before, stayed in the little cottage over the road. It really is a fantastic little gem. Our room was great, spacious with a small bathroom though the shower within it is quite large, and powerful. Lots of amenities including tea and coffee, kettle, penguin and biscuit biscuits, iron and ironing board and lots of storage space. Very comfortable bed. I'd happily stay here again, and the little cottage over the road is super too. Thank you to the owners for a lovely stay.”

“Just had our first stay at the Pinfold and hope to go again some day. The room was very nicely appointed, plenty of towels, tea makings and nice private patio attached to our room. Some dishware also provided so we could have done take-out dinner on our patio. The location was great and we enjoyed a lovely unexpected walk through neighboring Skipton Castle Woods on our first day. Lovely hostess, great fun to chat with and good local recommendations.”

“Set back from the road, up a little cobbled lane, The Pinfold was lit up like a fairytale cottage when I arrived. I was greeted warmly by Corinne and guided around the house to stone steps taking me up to the Littondale Suite. The room was perfect. A really comfortable king size bed with ornate wooden headboard, shutters at the windows and a beautiful stone wall. Stylish antique furniture and decor, a fantastic en suite with powerful shower, and so warm and cosy, I felt right at home, immediately regretting that I would be unable to stay any longer than the 1 night I had booked. Just on the edge of town, The Pinfold is on the doorstep of shops, bars, restaurants, and public transport. The castle is just a short walk away. I highly recommend The Pinfold and hope to return.”
